Influx and Efflux of Different Tribes at Ur
Inter-relationship between a city and its circumferential communities can be described from different perspective.

Here is a chart of the chronology of these four different sites. Archaeology hitherto never tried to understand in detail the relationship between a city and its circumferential small sites.
We research them as one system in a unified manner.

Therefore, from the comparison between the site B and its circumferential small village, we can trace the activities, such as the process of the farmers having been incorporated into the city, or the process of their having been separated from city and having formed a different settlement, or the process which they were re-incorporated into the city again. The same argument can be made for the site C.

We can also trace the process of a certain nomadic tribe in a small camp who joined a city, then left there, and finally formed another camp. This research aims at making a glivelyh chronological chart with the garrows,h like those in this chart. In other words, it aims at clarifying the historical and structural characters of the Middle Eastern cities through the key-concept gtribalismh.
