Example of gTribalismh
Illustrated here is al-Husayniyya, a town in South Jordan. This town was formed by the settlement of nomads, and the name of the two nomadic groups who actually settled are, Au-Daad and Dia-Baat.

Interestingly, not only each group lived in a separate block, but also they were buried in separate cemeteries. Within one town, the two groups clearly alienated from each other in the realm of both life and death.

Although this al-Husayniyya may appear, at a glance, to be a one coherent town, it is actually a mosaic of different tribes. Here, we can observe the uniqueness of the Middle Eastern cities.

This kind of uniqueness is exactly the problem that the Japanese Self-Defense Force has just encountered with in Iraq.
